ASBURY COURTS IS HIRING A FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT RECEPTIONIST Status: Full-Time Hours: 8:30 pm - 5:30 am Salary: $19.00/Hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Disability, Hospital, ID Protect, Life, 401k, PTO, Holiday Pay, Employee Referral Program, Employee Recognition, and much more!!! SUMMARY: Receives visitors, answers incoming telephone calls, and provides assistance for administrative staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves as receptionist for facility.
• Operates switchboard for incoming phone calls.
• Monitors front entrance door and front entrance door alarm.
• Sorts and distributes mail accordingly.
• Supervises part-time receptionists, responsible for scheduling, evaluating, and disciplining.
• Assists Administrative staff as needed.
• Performs other miscellaneous office duties, e.g. making copies, faxing, assembling packets and employee handbooks, typing, handling employment applications, etc.
• Insures orderly appearance of lobby on a daily basis.
• Assists visitors and volunteers in signing appropriate guest book.
• Monitors everyone who enters and leaves the building.
• Completes other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Previous office experience preferable.
• Organization skills a positive.
• Ability to relate well to the public, good customer skills and professional image.
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment with many interruptions.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Computer Skills * PC proficient (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Physical Requirements: Heavy Lifting: Objects weighing 35-50 pounds lifted on a regular basis. Medium Lifting: Objects weighing 15-35 pounds lifted on a regular basis. Light Lifting: No lifting of objects weighing more than 15 pounds on a regular basis.
