Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our clients dynamic Global Measurement Marketing team. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns across various global channels (paid, earned, owned, social). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, digital marketing, and a passion for driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities:  Campaign Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.  Data Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends. Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.  Optimization: Identify opportunities for campaign improvement through data analysis and experimentation, including A/B testing and other optimization techniques.  Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product departments, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader business objectives.  Budget Management: Manage and analyze marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment (ROI).  Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to continuously improve marketing tactics and strategies. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.  3+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar analytical role.  Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL.  Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
